» How do I get an order confirmation?

You will receive an e-mail from odishacraft.com declaring confirmation of your order as soon as your order is authorized for payment. This confirmation mail will specify your order number, which you can use as a reference for further communication  and also the payment terms and conditions.

» What is the actual delivery time for my order?

Your order reaches you in a two-step process. First step being delivery of your order to Courier/ Cargo service by odishacraft.com and second is Courier's delivery to you at your shipping  address as mentioned by you.

It will take us 72 hours to deliver the items ordered by our Consumers to the Courier/ Cargo and we would indicate it by "Normally ships in 72 hours" against an album. And the transportation time will be 12-24 days, depending on the place of delivery.

However no shipments will be made from odishacraft.com on Sundays and on public holidays as our Courier service firm,  does not accept any parcels on the mentioned days.

» Can I get shipment details for my orders?

You will receive an e-mail as regards to the shipment of your order, immediately after the items are handed over to the Courier by odishacraft.com. The e-mail will carry the Consignment number under which your order has been shipped. In case of delay/non-receipt of your order you may use this number if you want to call the Courier to follow up.

» What are your shipping charges and how do you calculate them?

At odishacraft.com we attempt to make shipping charges as low and as affordable as possible as per actual.

When you have ordered for multiple volumes any item/items, each volume will be considered as one unit for calculation of the shipping charges. The charges depend on the volume-weight of the product as well as the destination Country where it needs to be dispatched. The shipping charges are inclusive of  the cost of shipping, handling, packaging and delivery at your doorstep.
